All new clients without a proper referral must provide a credit card to be kept on file with the parlor.

As a reservation of our stylists’ time, a 50% deposit on your service total is required on all color appointments.

No shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in said deposit being withdrawn from your account. It cannot be redeemed for any future service, or at any future appointment.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S

All clients must provide 24 hours notice before cancelling their appointment.

In the event that you do not contact us to cancel your appointment within 24 hours, there will be a $25 missed appointment fee.
