We kindly ask that they be in the form of cash, Venmo, or a personal check, made out to the individual provider. We do not accept debit/credit card tips at this time.
N E W C L I E N T S
All new clients without a proper referral must provide a credit card to be kept on file with the parlor.
As a reservation of our stylists’ time, a 25% deposit on your service total is required on all appointments.
No-shows and cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in said deposit being withdrawn from your account. It cannot be redeemed for any future service, or at any future appointment.
C A N C E L L A T I O N S
All clients must provide 24 hours notice before cancelling their appointment.
For appointments cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled time, we charge a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
For no-show appointments, we charge 100% of the scheduled service.
